A few things we built in so you're never wondering where your clothes are, or what you're paying.
Tracked, start to finish
Watch your order move through pickup, wash and delivery — the same live view our shop team uses.
Every piece gets its own QR code
Each item is tagged with a unique, never-repeated QR code linked straight to your order ID — so no matter where it is in the process, it can always be identified as yours. We also snap an individual photo of every piece when it comes in, so nothing gets lost and nothing gets mixed up.
Checked in, checked out
Your rider confirms pickup and drop-off with you directly — no guessing whether it arrived.
Pick up here, deliver there
Pickup and delivery don't have to be the same spot — for example, we can collect at Redplat and deliver to Afya Centre. Pick different locations for each leg at booking.
Pay your way
M-Pesa, card, or cash on delivery — settle up however's easiest, whenever it's ready.
Good to knowbefore you book.
As little as 3 hours for an Urgent order, or a few days on the Economy tier. Pick a speed per order at booking and you'll see its time and rates before you commit.
By M-Pesa or card up front, cash when your order is delivered, or mark it as already paid — you choose once your laundry is ready to come back.
Yes. Every order updates live from pickup through wash to delivery, and you can message the shop directly from the tracking screen if anything comes up.
You can edit or cancel a request right from the tracking screen, as long as it hasn't been collected yet.
No. Each piece is tagged with a unique QR code that's never repeated and is linked directly to your order ID, so it can always be identified — no matter where it is in the wash, dry or fold process. We also take an individual photo of every piece when we receive it, so what goes out is exactly what comes back to you.
We're currently picking up and delivering across Nairobi, with a strong focus on Roysambu, Kasarani and the estates around TRM (Thika Road Mall) and Garden City Mall — including Zimmerman, Garden Estate, Thome, Mirema, Githurai, Kahawa West, Kahawa Sukari, Ruaraka and Clay City.
Yes — they don't have to match. For example, we can pick your laundry up at Redplat and deliver it to Afya Centre. Just set your preferred pickup and drop-off points when you book.
Rates depend on the speed you choose and the items you're washing. Pick a speed at booking to see live per-item rates before you confirm, from Economy through to Urgent. Your exact bill comes once your laundry is weighed, at your door during pickup or at the shop, whichever you choose.
